The current one-to-one coaching rates are displayed below. Coaching is an investment, but as with any other purchase, don't spend what you can't afford. I'm often hired by organisations to coach their employees or service users; you might like to approach the organisation you work with about coaching provision. CREDIT CRUNCH DISCOUNT EXTENSION
Since we are still in unusually tight economic times, the credit crunch discount is still in place - on top of the discounts already in place for block bookings.
Coaching sessions are now 45 mins! Years of experience have shown that 45-minute sessions rather than 1-hour sessions are preferable for most clients; it's obviously cheaper, and allows for a concentrated yet thorough burst of energy-building coaching in your busy schedule. The new pricing list is as follows:

Sessions are payed for in advance, via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account for this method; it's just what is used to send the invoice and collect the money), cheque or online/telephone banking transfer; state which you'd prefer at the time of booking.
You may also want to consider group coaching with friends, or some of the workshops held throughout the year - make sure you're signed up to the ezine (the sign-up form is on the homepage) to be kept informed.
